As a Talent Acquisition professional, I've witnessed firsthand the pivotal role that recruiting and sourcing play in the success of organizations. I recognize that recruiting teams often orchestrate the first interaction between a candidate and a potential employer, presenting a critical opportunity to make a lasting impact from the very first contact.
Over the span of 20 years, I've led Talent Acquisition initiatives for start-ups to Fortune 25 enterprises. During this time, I've had the privilege of cultivating, training, and leading international teams across various facets, including recruiting, sourcing, onboarding, campus recruitment, diversity, and project management.
My passion extends beyond the metrics of recruitment. It is twofold: first, coaching and developing Talent Acquisition professionals to excel in their roles, and second, assisting companies in crafting enduring solutions to attract and hire the best candidates for their unique organizational needs.
